The Insights tab in ShopKeys Pro helps turn Favorites activity into more practical store signals. Instead of only showing how many products customers save, this view compares shopper interest with sales-related context so merchants can better understand where demand is building, where conversion may be weaker, and where action may be worth taking.

At the top of the tab, summary cards provide a quick overview of Favorites activity in the selected date range. These cards highlight how many products are collecting Favorites, how many favorited products are currently on sale, how many products show stronger interest but lower sales, and how many saved products have not generated sales in the same period.
The Favorites vs Sales section gives a side-by-side view of products that attracted Favorites activity and how those products performed in sales quantity during the selected range. This makes it easier to compare customer interest with actual purchase behavior and identify which products are attracting attention most effectively.

The High Favorites, Lower Sales section focuses on products that are being saved often but are not converting at the same level. These products can be strong candidates for closer review, such as pricing adjustments, improved imagery, stronger product descriptions, or clearer trust signals.
The Action-Ready Favorites section highlights favorited products that may deserve immediate merchant attention. This can include products that are already on sale, products with strong Favorites demand but weak conversion, or products that stand out as good candidates for merchandising or promotional action.
The date range filter lets you change the reporting window so you can review short-term and longer-term patterns more easily. This makes the Insights tab useful both for regular store monitoring and for checking how shopper interest changes around campaigns, sales periods, or product updates.
