Favorites Analytics in ShopKeys Pro helps you understand what products customers are saving, where interest is building, and how that interest changes over time. Instead of only showing sales results, it adds a customer-intent layer that gives merchants a clearer view of what shoppers want to come back to.

The Favorites Analytics area currently includes three admin tabs: Favorites, Trends and Insights. Together, these views help you review saved-product activity, identify top favorited products, and spot changes in shopper momentum over time.


Favorites Tab
The Favorites tab gives you a clear overview of saved-product activity across your store. It highlights current favorites totals, unique products with favorites activity, customer interest, and the products that are being saved most often.

Use this tab to understand what shoppers are showing interest in right now. It is especially useful for identifying products customers want to revisit, compare, or potentially buy later.


Trends Tab
The Trends tab focuses on momentum over time. It uses Favorites event data to show how saved-product activity changes across recent days, helping you spot patterns in rising or falling customer interest.

Use this tab to see when shopper attention increases, where engagement is becoming stronger, and which periods may deserve a closer look for merchandising or promotional decisions.


Insights Tab
The Insights tab in ShopKeys Pro turns Favorites activity into clearer merchant signals. It helps you compare customer interest with sales behavior, spot products that are being saved but not converting as expected, and identify items that may need attention. Instead of only showing raw numbers, Insights is designed to support better merchandising and product decisions.
