Consortia Pick List includes a printable pick list for teams that prefer to work with paper, or want a backup copy while picking and packing orders. The print view is available from both the Pick Order page, Batch and the Pick List block inside the Shopify order page.
The printed pick list includes:
- Order number
- Customer and shipping details
- Product names
- SKU and barcode information
- Product images, when available
- Barcode labels for scanning
- Quantity to pick
- Manual checkboxes for warehouse staff
- Picker note, when available
- Store logo, when configured in Settings
Print from Pick Order
Open an order in Pick Order, then click Print Pick List from the action buttons. This opens a clean print-friendly layout that can be printed directly or saved as PDF from the browser print dialog.
Print from Batch
Open an Batch, then click Print from the action buttons. This opens a clean print-friendly layout that can be printed directly or saved as PDF from the browser print dialog.
Print from Shopify Order Page
When the Pick List block is added to a Shopify order page, staff can print the pick list directly from the order without opening the full picking workflow first. This is useful for teams that start from Shopify’s native order view, but still want a structured warehouse pick list.
Barcode Printing
Barcodes are rendered as scan-friendly barcode graphics in the print view. This makes the printed list useful both for manual checking and barcode-assisted picking.
For best results, make sure products and variants have accurate SKU and barcode values in Shopify.
