Batch

The Batch Pick Queue is used to create a warehouse collection run across multiple Shopify orders.

Instead of picking one order at a time, you can select several orders and create one batch. This lets the warehouse team collect the same products once, then prepare the orders for packing afterwards.

Use this page when you want to:

  • Select multiple orders for one picking run
  • Group products across several orders
  • Assign a picker to the batch
  • See which batches are currently active
  • Continue or review an existing batch
  • See recently completed batches

Pick List - create batch

Before Creating a Batch

Before a batch is created, the page shows orders that are available for batch picking.

Each order card includes useful information such as:

  • Order number
  • Customer/shipping information, when available
  • Number of units and product lines
  • Product names and SKU/barcode information
  • Assigned picker, when set
  • Created date

Select the orders you want to include, choose an assigned picker if needed, and create the batch.

After Creating a Batch

After a batch has been created, it appears under Active batches.

An active batch shows the batch status, progress, assigned picker, number of orders, and number of units collected. From here, you can open the batch and continue the collection workflow.

When a batch is completed, it is moved out of the active section and can be reviewed later in Batch History.
