The Batch Pick / Scan page is used to collect products for multiple orders in one warehouse run.
Instead of picking each order separately, the app groups matching products across the selected orders. The picker can then collect each product once, while still seeing which orders the collected quantity belongs to.
Batch Overview
At the top of the page, Batch overview shows the current batch status and progress.
This includes:
- Status
- Mode
- Number of orders
- Number of grouped product lines
- Assigned collector
- Started date and time
- Collection progress
The progress bar shows how many units have been collected across the full batch.
Scan to Collect
Use Scan to collect when working with a barcode scanner. The scanner input is focused automatically when the page opens. You can scan a barcode or type a SKU manually and press Enter. If the scanner input loses focus, click Focus scanner before scanning again.
Pick / Scan Options
The right side panel includes Pick / Scan options.
You can choose how scanning should behave:
- Scan adds +1 per scan: each scan collects one unit.
- Scan collects full remaining qty: one scan collects the full remaining quantity for that grouped product line.
You can also choose whether collected lines should stay visible or be hidden from the list.
Grouped Lines
The Grouped lines section shows the products that need to be collected for the batch.
Each grouped line includes:
- Product image
- Product name
- SKU, when available
- Quantity to collect
- Collection status
- Collected quantity
- Linked orders
- Manual buttons for
-1,+1,Mark all, andReset - Barcode, when available
The linked orders show how the collected quantity is split across the orders in the batch.
Mark Ready for Packing
When the batch has been collected, click Mark ready for packing.
This marks the batch as ready and tells the team that the collected products can be moved to the packing table. After this step, the linked orders can be opened from the normal pick workflow for final pick, scan, pack, and completion.
