The Scheduled Jobs tab shows campaigns and price changes that are waiting to start or beginning to process.
After scheduling a new job, Campaign Engine automatically opens this tab so you can confirm that the job was created successfully.
Job information
Each scheduled job includes:
- Job label
- Unique job ID
- Scheduled start time
- Campaign scope
- Current status
- Available actions
Possible statuses include Scheduled, Starting, Running, Finished, and Terminated.
The list updates automatically around the scheduled start time. This makes it easier to see when a job moves from waiting to active processing.
Review the campaign scope
The Scope column shows whether the job targets All products or a Filtered selection.
For filtered jobs, click View targeting to review:
- Included categories
- Excluded categories
- Included products
- Excluded products
- Product names, IDs, and SKUs
- Whether variations are included
- Number of products matched when the job was scheduled
The stored targeting details provide a clear record of what the campaign was configured to affect.
Cancel a scheduled job
A job can be cancelled before processing begins:
- Find the job in Scheduled Jobs.
- Click Cancel.
- Confirm that you want to cancel it.
Cancelling removes the remaining scheduled actions and prevents the job from starting.
Terminate a running job
If processing has already started, the Cancel action changes to Terminate.
Terminating stops additional batches from being processed. Products changed by completed batches are not automatically restored. If necessary, open Recent Jobs and use Rollback after the job has stopped.
Duplicate a scheduled job
Click Duplicate to create a new campaign using the same reusable settings and targeting.
The duplicated campaign opens in the Schedule tab. Previous dates are intentionally excluded, allowing you to review the settings, choose a new schedule, and run the Campaign Readiness Check before saving it as a new job.
After the job starts
Once a job begins, Campaign Engine tracks its progress in Recent Jobs. Completed and terminated jobs can also be opened there using View recent.
Recent Jobs provides additional information such as processed product counts, start and completion times, rollback status, and campaign history.
