Find Text
Free
- Open a supported post, page, docs entry, or product.
- Locate the Quick Find & Replace panel in the editor sidebar.
- Type a word or phrase into the Find field.
- Matching text is highlighted where supported by the current editor view.
- Use Previous and Next to move through matches.
Pro
The main find workflow is the same as Free, but Pro can also work with remembered values, a floating panel, and saved presets.
Replace Text
Free
- Open the Replace section.
- Enter the replacement text.
- Click Replace to update the current match.
- Click Replace all to update every match in the open document.
- Save or update the post normally in WordPress when you are done.
Pro
The main replace workflow is the same as Free, but Pro can be faster for repeated tasks because it adds presets, replacement history, and more workflow controls.
Replace in Title
Free
Enable Also replace in title if you want the current document title included in the search and replace flow.
Pro
Works the same as Free.
Undo
Free
Use Undo last change to revert the most recent replacement in the current editor session.
Pro
Pro also supports Undo all changes for the current session.
WooCommerce Usage
Free
The free version supports the main WooCommerce product description editor.
Pro
Pro can also include the product short description in the current editor workflow.
