The Location Summary tab gives you a quick overview of how your stock is distributed across all warehouses and sub-locations. This page is designed for monitoring, not editing.
Find it under:
WooCommerce → StockTrack → Location Summary
What You See Here
The summary includes:
- A list of all parent and sub-locations
- Total stock assigned to each location
- Product count per location
- Auto-generated location codes
- A doughnut chart showing overall stock distribution, including Unassigned stock
Location List
Parent locations appear at the top.
Click the arrow next to a location to expand and view its sub-locations.
Columns include:
- Location
- Product count (how many products have stock assigned)
- Total Stock for that location
- Location Code (for sub-locations)
This list helps you quickly spot imbalances, such as stock concentrated in one warehouse or unused storage areas.
Stock Distribution Chart
The chart gives a visual breakdown of stock across:
- Parent locations
- Sub-locations
- Unassigned stock (if any remains)
Use the chart to understand your overall distribution at a glance.
