Find the button below Cost & Reports, named Download (.csv), this button enables you to export a copy of your products and calculations. The download button creates a .csv file, and can be opened in i.e MS Excel or Apple Numbers. This file can then be used for other calculations / reports. The number values use decimals and separators from WooCommerce > Settings.
Reports (orders and products)
There are two buttons for export: Download (.csv) and Export table. The first one gets all your data from the database, the Export table will just export what you see in the table. This means that you can filter and sort, and when your selection is OK, just click export and you get a .xlsx file. This opens in MS Excel and Apple Numbers. Below image shows products filtered and sorted then the export result.
